Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Analyst: Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in forecasting, segmentation, and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize marketing databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Create and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies through data analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing marketing campaigns, customer/audience behavior, and large datasets
- Experience utilizing statistical techniques to extract insights and drive data-driven strategies.
- Proficiency in managing marketing databases and creating automated KPI dashboards.
- Ability to dedicate approximately 40 hours per week to a remote volunteer position.
- Alignment with mission-driven work in community empowerment, energy independence, and technology.
- Valid US work authorization if applicable (OPT/CPT eligible with active EAD period).
